It was new-fashioned, neat and with an extra couch. The staff was exceptionally nice, they were always available.

The breakfast was perfect and exceptionally nice with cheese and ham, as example and the ambience was quiet! The location was unbeatable and particularly good, short walk to historical center and Plovdiv. It also was close to park.

Great choice if travelling by car! The off-street secure car park was a definite plus. The friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a separate seating area and a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the free toiletries and reasonable mini bar prices. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a 5-10 minute easy walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Very clean and modern rooms, good breakfast selection, elevator, knowledgeable staff with good working English.

Location is about 15-20 minute walk from the sights in the old town, and about the same from the bus station; not a deal-breaker but needs to be taken into account if mobility is an issue.

The hotel is situated on a busy road and so there was quite a lot of noise from the traffic.

Modern business hotel. Well-located on a main thoroughfare linking the train station to the Northern Bus Terminal - but no street noise. Within comfortable walking distance to Old Town, shopping/pedestrianised areas and attractive parklands. Professional, friendly staff. Well-appointed, comfortable rooms.

Breakfast is in a barn-like basement room that isn't as inviting as other areas of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is somewhat limited.

Nice modern hotel and good location with just minutes from shops,restaurants and tourist sites.Friendly staff,nice rooms and good breakfast . Sat TV in all rooms if you want to keep up to date with the news ! I would go back to the same hotel again on my next trip .

The flatscreen TVs add a touch of modernity, and it's always a plus to have breakfast included.

The hotel could improve on some minor aspects.

the beds were good. the carpet was clean. about a 20 min walk to the yug bus station and 10 minute walk to the old town.

shower was an interesting experience. no door on the shower so water gets around the bathroom a bit. the breakfast was nice but we've had better at some hostels than at expo.
